Amazing product but a dud without instructions!

Nearly threw this out when it was packaged together with new tweezers but fussed with it for months until I figured it out. Absolutely a fab tool but please ship/sell with instructions!
Pros: Convenient, Durable, Effective
Cons: Useless without instructions on package!

The way it’s pictured is inaccurate with logo facing outward - at least for me, tool didnt work that way
It was when I turned it around with logo facing inward toward my face that the tool worked
It actually belonged to a friend who purchased another brand because she couldn’t get it to work
The pic should be accurate & instructions should specify which way this tool should be facing to work

It took a little getting used to like other reviewers said, but it really works ! At first, I didn't think it worked. Watching the online videos helps some but really it's just trial and error. It's really about how much pressure you use and the angle which you hold it on your face. Once I figured it out, I'm all in. Smooth upper lip- It even grabs short or fine hairs. Awesome. Yep it hurts a little, but it's not too bad. You don't even need a mirror.

I am very happy I bought this to remove my mustache during the pandemic, but I wish I could figure out how to use it so that it provided more consistent results.

With that said be prepared. You’ve got to have a high tolerance for pain. I have to use with ice or numbing cream. It’s not like derma planing but will get rid of hair!
