the warm setting is so hot i have to turn it off because it is burning my back. cannot imagine what hot feels like. love the size and everything else.

Nice, but:

I bought this a week ago and the heat is nice. Unfortunately the way the auto-off works, I can’t use it again for another half hour at least. I’ve tried unplugging it and waiting, shutting off the power strip it’s on for a while, it’s rather disappointing because it’s a nice, big heating pad with good heat and soft fabric.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Control Blinking, No Heat or No power may be an indicator that the product is not receiving enough power from the source.
To fix this problem, please follow these troubleshooting steps in order:
1. Unplug the heating pad from the wall outlet for at least 30 seconds
2. Verify there is no physical damage to the cord, controller, or heating pad
3. Verify the connection between the heating pad and the controller is tight
4. Verify that the power cord is plugged directly into a wall outlet. Be sure that this heated product is used only on an AC supply circuit of the proper voltage. Do not use with an extension cord. Do not use with generators, power converters or inverters.
5. Try a different appliance (such as a small lamp) in the outlet to ensure the outlet is functional
6. Try plugging the heating pad into a different outlet to see if it works in a different outlet

Awesome Heating Pad

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received my new heating pad and I'm extremely happy with it. The Sunbeam XXL Size Microplush Heating Pad is definitely worth having. The pad has compact Storage via elastic straps for wrapping up. This pad is extra large, so it can pretty much cover every part on your body that is hurting you. And the Sunbeam XXXL Microplush Heating pad has a moist heat option. I love mine, it is very soft, simple to use with just the push of a button. It has my approval !
I would recommend this to a friend!

Very easy to use

If you are buying for a senior size will matter if the pad shifts on them. this is large enough that shifting will still cover the area they want well. I like the various setting and the shutoff after 2 hours will be great at night! nice an compact too!!

I really love the extra large size and the soft plush cover it has. Also, I can spray the cover to have moist heat which is nice.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Right out of the box I knew this was going to be an amazing heating pad. Soft and big were my very first thoughts. It heats up quickly as well. My back and buns were heated up in no time at all. After a long day at work as a nurse I look forward to my achy muscles getting relaxed from the heat of this xl heating pad that covers multiple areas at one time.

Heating pad that everyone must have.

Sunbeam makes quality things and this pad is no exception. It has four settings and made very well. It heats up well and is so helpful in relieving my back pain.
