The flexibility is amazing!

I bought the wrap a few months ago to help with tendinitis in my arms and wrist. It was the best decision ever! The ability to wrap it and it stays put is great in addition to being able to control it with the remote. Not having to worry about it falling off or cooling down unless I want it to is a plus. I recommend this wrap.
I would recommend this to a friend!

No HEAT

Wrap your wrist in a towel and get more heat.Waste of money.

Lasted about two weeks

Worked great. Then after two weeks it just went to flashing lights. Tried all the suggestions and it didnt work. Tried writing directly and report let to a technical difficulty on website. Maybe give this a pass until product and support gets sorted.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Control Blinking, No Heat or No power may be an indicator that the product is not receiving enough power from the source.

To fix this problem, please follow these troubleshooting steps in order:
1. Unplug the heating pad from the wall outlet for at least 30 seconds
2. Verify there is no physical damage to the cord, controller, or heating pad
3. Verify the connection between the heating pad and the controller is tight
4. Verify that the power cord is plugged directly into a wall outlet. Be sure that this heated product is used only on an AC supply circuit of the proper voltage. Do not use with an extension cord. Do not use with generators, power converters or inverters.
5. Try a different appliance (such as a small lamp) in the outlet to ensure the outlet is functional
6. Try plugging the heating pad into a different outlet to see if it works in a different outlet

Can there be an Alternate cord option?

I wanted this to work so much! and it did for about a week.
After a week the cord seems to have a short. There is no break in the plastic but if the cord moves or bends at all near the connection, the item goes off and will not come back on unless held in place. it is also flashing until unplugged to reset. Have tried in multiple outlets.

• Verify the tight connection between the pad and controller. If disconnected, to restart the unit, press the Control Button until the desired heat setting is reached.
• Verify AC outlet is functional.
• Verify no physical damage to the cord, controller, or pad. If there is damage, discontinue use.

Your FlexFit™ Heated Wrap has a 2-year limited warranty. If failure continues, discontinue use and contact us directly so we can determine the best resolution. Have a good day!

Great idea but…

I bought this less than a month ago for my wrist, it worked so nicely and helped with my wrist pain, but it just stopped working with non-stop blinking light and it goes off and just won’t heat up anymore :(
I would recommend this to a friend!
