Great for joints and odd areas.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Due to hypermobility, I have arthritis in most of my joints. Hands, wrists, elbows, knees, ankles, the list goes on. Traditional heating pads are not ideal for most of these areas. The Sunbeam Flex Fit is a game changer for me! It easily contours to your body and the velcro keeps it firmly in place while still allowing you to move your joints, for example, you can still type or use your hands freely while wearing it as a wrist wrap. It's much more comfortable than a traditional heating pad and I can easily customize the fit for each area.
It has a large, one button control which clearly shows heat setting is in use and begins heating instantly. The cord from the pad to the control is long enough to reach easily even when used on the knee or ankle. The inside of the heating pad has a super soft, almost furry texture that's gentle on the skin and the inner layer can be misted with a spray bottle for moist heat.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Excellent Product - So Many Was To Use!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Sunbeam Flex Fit Heating Pad Wrap is so versatile! I love that you can wear it on virtually any part of your body for some pain relief & comfort. I am always using my hands and have frequent wrist paint so I was really excited to give it a try and see if this wrap would give me some relief. I ended up also using it on my lower legs where I sometimes get sharp pains, it was great for both! It is 3 heat settings which comes in handy if a part of your body is more sensitive or if you’re using it for your child versus your self. I think my favorite part is that it has a 2 hour auto shut off because I definitely fell asleep with it on. Overall, I am super stoked about this wrap, it’s going to get tons more use and I would absolutely recommend to anyone!

Only used about 12 times in about 5 months & broke

This really helped my daughter who is 7 and has had arthritis since age 3. Wrapping around a joint that’s really bothering her was great. Sometimes she uses several different kinds of heating pads a day.
Unfortunately after a few uses it started to blink when plugged in. I would unplug replug several times and make sure cords were perfect. It was sometimes worked but if she moved at all bam blinking lights. She asked for it tonight and after 30 frustrating minutes and her being in pain and just getting less effective square heating pad we gave up. No matter what we tried just blinking light and no heat. We were always careful to put it away nicely between uses. I hope Sunbeam can make this right. It was a gift from grandmother so I don’t have all the information from the order.

This is certainly not the experience we want you to have and we'd like to make sure that we can help you perform the step-by-step troubleshooting procedure. Please try the troubleshooting steps below:
- Unplug the heated wrap from the wall outlet for at least 30 seconds.
- Verify there is no physical damage to the cord, controller, or heated wrap.
- Verify the connection between the heated wrap and the controller is tight.
- Verify that the power cord is plugged directly into a wall outlet, not a surge protector or extension cord.
- Try a different appliance (such as a small lamp) in the outlet to ensure the outlet is functional.
- Try plugging the heated wrap into a different outlet to see if it works in a different outlet.
Your heated wrap has a 2-year limited warranty. If this doesn't resolve your issue, we'd like to kindly request that you contact us directly in order to help you with a warranty verification. Have a good day!

Love the idea and the length could be maybe six inches longer but the main function to generate heat is very ineffective. The unit I have just would not heat up to anything useful, on any setting, for pain relief.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Love the heating pad!

I suffer from arthritis and have the standard style heating pads that can be difficult to keep in place when my arms, knees, or wrists are hurting. This wrap heating pad solves that issue. The length is good and allows me to wrap easily. It has instructions on where to start the wrap and it's machine washable! It has 3 temp settings in an easy to operate control. I highly recommend this heading pad.

Awesome features

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this almost a month ago and it’s been key in my pain management regimen. I use this on my wrist and elbow for my carpal tunnel and arthritis and I’ve even used it on my knees after workouts. The flexibility is the best feature, I can wrap the heating of exactly where I need it and I get the maximum amount of heat by being able to precisely place it where my pain is. I love it!

Exactly what I needed

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I dont know why I used standard rectangular heating pads for years, that always slide out of place or are impossible to position where you want the heat.
This is awesome. I can strap it on and put heat to my lower back exactly where I want it, regardless if I'm laying down, sitting in a chair or reclining on a couch...it doesnt move. It stays where I need it.
I also like how long the cord is - it grants mobility and freedom from needing to use an extension cord.
