Bought two in last year and did exact same thing. “F” tried everything and still won’t work.

Fabulous heat and features - that don't last long

So much to love about this pad - it's size, it's fully washable, it has six heat settings, it has an always-on option vs having to contantly turn it back on. So why three stars? I have eight of these pads, two bought each year over four years, and all but the brand new ones quit heating fully after about 1 1/2 years of daily use. What is a six now is about a two on the brand new ones. These are supposed to have a five year warranty but no one honors it. So I have six sigificantly reduced heat pads and two brand new ones that are awesome as the others used to be. These cost double to a comparable sized pad without always-on or fully washable, not a bargain. If these would be updated to last like new for the full five years of the so-called warranty, I'd buy them forever.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Good heart/poor quality

It worked great for about 6 months. Now it's just blinks f and can not be reset. Overall quality is poor.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Do not buy anything with this controller!

Do not buy ANY product with this controller. They fail and actually display an F after hours to weeks of use!
The heating pad, itself, is wonderful...keeps its shape, does not curl. But is useless with a Failed controller.

In some cases, this can be related to connection issues—such as the pad not being fully plugged in or being used with an extension cord instead of a wall outlet.
