Love and Hate - All in One

I have purchased 3 of these: One each in 9/2014, 10/2016 and 12/2017. Long story short, NONE OF THE THREE WORKS! I get the F flashing on the little screen and the only way to fix it is to separate the cord from the area where it enters the pad. THESE SHOULD LAST FOR MORE THAN 4 MONTHS!!
The reason I purchased it over and over again is I LOVE HOW IT WORKS. The size, the cover, etc., etc.
BUT I REFUSE to continue to pay this much for a product that works for a few short months!
An please note: I am a senior who is not hard on items!
I note in the reviews that this has been a problem for others. I surely wish that you could do something about this!

The best heating pad that I have ever owned!!!!

I have had mine for around 10 mos and I absolutely love it! It covers the entire back area and is so soft. No scrunching up like the plastic ones do. Heats up in 30 seconds just like advertised. I work at home and an buying a 2nd one now to put on to the back of my office chair. Great product!
I would recommend this to a friend!

My heating pad is less than one year old and just failed in the same manner observed by previous reviewers: it stopped working and just flashes "F." I tried unplugging the electronics it from the wall and the pad - to no avail.

Love hate relationship

I LOVE you the actual pad! I HATE the plug where it attaches to the pad. It disconnects easily AND then you have to unplug the cord from the outlet to reset! It is sooo inconvenient. My husband is threatening to use electrical tape to hold it together!

Sunbeam King Size Xpress Heating Pad is large enough to cover the entire back. The heat is strong, nothing wimpy about this heating pad. We really like the controls for the amount of heat, and how long it stays on. It is a real pain reliever.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Worked Good, Temporarily

This hearing pad worked very nice, but it was just temporary. Now it just flashes F and doesn't heat up, as soon as I turn it on. For a little while I was able to unplug it them plug back in and it would temporarily fix the flashing F, but now it doesn't even turn on long enough to hear up before it starts flashing. Very dissatisfied with this heating pad.

Ceased to function after 7 months.

I bought this heating pad about 7 months ago and it worked great in the beginning, but is no longer functional. It turns off after being on for about one minute and gives me an error code F. I reached out to Sunbeam on the chat function, and was told to unplug the device for 30 seconds and plug it back in. I tried that and it did not help. Nothing has changed with how I power this device. I tried plugging it into a different outlet And nothing helped. Yesterday I would have given it 5 stars. Today it gets one. I have to go out and purchase a new heating pad. Monumental waste of my day.
