Love it love it love it!

This heating pad is soft and amazing! Turns off after two hours if you so choose and heats up quickly. Our whole family has one each, including our two Chihuahuas!
I would recommend this to a friend!

Lifespan of this product is poor....

I have used this Sunbeam Xpress heating pad, the size is great but the short lifespan is not getting a good review. After reading the reviews here, clearly this is a ongoing problem. My orioginal purchase is now on its second replacment as they appear to only funcion for 1 year then you get the undesired flashing F... and no the suggested reset process does not fix the issue. Clearly the manufacturing process needs to be looked into as the failure rate here seems unusualy high.

We are sorry to hear that your Sunbeam® Premium Heating Pad with XpressHeat starts flashing F and the reset did not work. This is because the connection by the heating pad is not closed tightly. Kindly make sure that it is tightly connected to stop the flashing light and plugged into a working outlet. We hope this helps!

Flashing F not long after purchase-no longer works

Given as a Christmas gift, it is now dead in July. Lifespan of 7 months is less than expected. Worked well when working.

Seemed like such a nice heating pad... washed it exactly according to directions, now I get the flashing "F" on the control pad and it doesn't work. no instruction manual or help guide from manufacturer explains what this means. It means FAIL, clearly. design fail!

The best heating pad ever!!!

I have tried a few different heating pads and this one is far greater than any of them. I keep two in the house and use one or both at different times, every day. They heat up very quickly and mold to my neck. They stay on quite a while too.
They have a 5 year limited warranty, and I've had a couple replaced. I'm not sure what the limited part means, but I've had no problem at all getting a replacement when one stops working. Even though I've had two stop working, it's fine with me.They are great and the customer service is just wonderful. They've never given me a hard time about getting a replacement. Just love these heating pads and Sunbeam!!!

Poor quality electrical system

I have now purchased 4 Sunbeam long heating pads and have had to discard 3 because of the flashing f. So I have now 1 left. Is this Sunbeams way of getting you to purchase more?? When this last one starts flashing f and it will, I will not be purchasing any further pads. I never plugged any into a space bar except the first one. After reading on the web about not plugging into a space bar I never did that again, so why did the next two fail. Lovely heating pad but Sunbeam needs to do something about this fault. I have advised many friends not to purchase this product. Also I live alone so no one else can be blamed for these failures.

There are several causes to a flashing control or a control displaying “FF, F1, or F2”:
1. Product is plugged into an extension cord/surge protector and not plugged into a direct wall outlet. 2. Product wasn't plugged in properly.
To FIX this problem, do the following to reset your product: 1. Unplug the power cord from the electrical connection. 2. Unplug the cord from the actual product itself (if your product has a detachable cord) 3. Re-plug the cord into the product. Make sure the connection is secure and complete.(if your product has a detachable cord) 4. Re-insert power cord back into a wall outlet.

FABULOUS HEATING PAD

I've had this pad for a few years now and it's wonderful b/c it's soft plush and not hard plastic like most heating pads. I just bought one for my mom who used mine when she visited and cannot find it where she lives. It's large so you can wrap it around your knee or whatever hurts. If it's your back that's aching, this covers a large area. I cannot say enough about this heating pad other than it's a wonderful product.
I would recommend this to a friend!
