So far so good. Best heating pad

Unless this quits on me, this is the best freaking heating pad I've ever had... To give an example, I bought 2 at the same time. I cheap store brand and this one (to have a backup) The store brand one is cheaper (but not by much) and it feels like cardboard... although it does get equally as hot... This is super soft and not stiff (best thing about it)... Let me just say I only use this to keep myself warm in my cold room, on low heat occasionally bumping it to high if a get a chill... but it mainly says on level 1... but on level 6 it's pretty hot... as hot as any heating pad I've had in the past. I have washed it on delicate ONE time in the front load to get any chemicals off of it... and air dried it...and it's worked fine after washing...I try not to bend it or put pressure on it...hopefully this will keep it going.... but heating pads in general aren't very reliable. We shall see and I will update

Unable to use new XXL heating pad with Xpress size

Was just purchased took out package and plugged it in. Light immediately started flashing F. Read all other ideas, including plug back in holding on button will reset it. Would reset and light up, show number 1 the. Go back to off and start blinking F again. From the website appears a faulty wire or connection, would like any other ideas. Very disappointed.

Best heating pad on the market !

I bought this heating pad and many others this model is the best one you can buy especially if you want high heat a lot of pads get warm this gets hot but not in a dangerous way. Definitely would recommend this to anyone looking for pain relief by heat, great for bad backs or just regular aches and pains, muscle cramps, pulls etc.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I love this heating pad! I have had this for 10+ years and it is awesome! The only reason I ticked off a star is because I wish it got hotter!!

Poor quality - only works for a few months.

I bought this product in May 2024 and it quit working in September 2024. High light flashes and no heat from the pad. Sunbeam replaced the pad and the replacement quit working in January 2025. Same issues with flashing light. I feel that the pad is of poor quality.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Stop working.

Stop working after 5 months. Shows an “F” on the display panel. Tried unplugging it, resetting, etc. but nothing works. Horrible product.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

There are several causes for a flashing control or a control displaying "F", “FF, F1, or F2”:
1. The product is plugged into an extension cord/surge protector and not plugged into a direct wall outlet. 2. The product wasn't plugged in properly.
To FIX this problem, do the following to reset your product: 1. Unplug the power cord from the electrical connection. 2. Unplug the cord from the actual product itself (if your product has a detachable cord) 3. Replug the cord into the product. Make sure the connection is secure and complete. (if your product has a detachable cord) 4. Re-insert the power cord back into a wall outlet.
