Keeps my feet warm

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this heating pad to keep my feet warm at night in the winter. I also use it when I have aching joints and muscles. It controls the heat just perfectly, and its a product I keep on-hand all the time.

Not Recommend

I bought this heating pad about a yare ago. The F started blinking. I unplug the pad to reset. After, reseting I still got the blinking F. When I read the reviews I knew it was over. I would not recommend the pad to anyone.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Thank you for reaching out to Sunbeam®. We are sorry to hear that your heating pad is blinking F. That is certainly not the experience we want you to have. No worries, we are here to help. F on the controller means Fault Found.
There are several causes of this issue: 1. Product is plugged into an extension cord/surge protector and not plugged into a direct wall outlet. 2. Product wasn't plugged in properly. 3. The AC outlet is not functional.
To fix this problem, do the following to reset your heating pad: - Check if there is no physical damage on its cord, controller, or pad. - Turn the heating pad control to the Off position and unplug the power cord from the electrical connection. Let it rest for 2 minutes. - Check the product plug connection that directly plugs into the product. Make sure the connection is secure and complete. - Hold the power button down and re-insert the power cord back into a wall outlet at the same time.
Your Sunbeam® Premium Heating Pad has a 5-year limited warranty. If this doesn't resolve your issue, please contact us directly so we can determine the best resolution. Have a good day!

Lasts long and better than others

I had my first one for 4 years i used it for hours every day. After it stopped working, i got a different brand and it only lasted 6 months, now i have my 2nd sunbeam heating pad and i can say they get more hot and last longer.
I would recommend this to a friend!

This is a good heating pad but when it quits it’s done.

Great but wish it a little more longer lasting

I love this heating pad and all the features. I just wished I could get more than 2 or 3 years out of them before they break on me. Atleast Sunbeam has a wonderful Warranty though that's 5 years and most of the time even if it's off by a little more than 5 Sunbeam will still do their best to help u out if urs is broken. It's very big and soft,heats fast and auto shuts off so I don't have to worry about it being left on. I've had 5 of these in the last 10 years and I've had to have all of them replaced. They end up flashing F on me and then won't reset. So although I've had to have this replaced quite a bit I would still recommend this heating pad. I use my heating pad every day almost 18 hours a day ( I have arthritis and a degenerative condition) so I figure it's not all Sunbeams fault because I do use it Alot more than the normal person. I do wish they lasted a bit more longer because it is a hassle , I'm not quite sure why they always flash F on me eventually but thank you Sunbeam for the Warranty on it but maybe u guys should make them a little more durable so I don't hv to bug u every couple years. I do wish I would have used the warranty on my shoulder heating pad because that one stayed on my neck much better but I forgot about it but the shoulder one they make is nice too. Maybe I could get an upgraded model next time that lasts longer Sunbeam?? Anyway good heating pad all the way around just watch n remember ur warranty.

I have one that I have had for over 5 years, and it's still going strong. I know it will fail someday, so I'm going to buy another one so I won't be without it.

Perfect for back pain!

I have had two heating pads like this for over three years, and I love them. My bed is upstairs, and couch downstairs. I have back pain, and both are used on the stay on button! I was still have my second one if one of my rescue dogs hand started to chew on the cord.
I would recommend this to a friend!
