Great For Pain Relief!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Sunbeam made a fantastic heating pad for people like me who suffer from back aches. I've worked in manufacturing for over 25 years and my back has paid a price for it over time. This 12 x 24 inch flexible, plush fabric heating pad has done wonders for my aches and pains. The king size pad is very soft and is a pretty shade of blue. You plug it into the wall, turn it on, and it starts working in 30 seconds. There are six heat settings to choose from and the heat covers every bit of the pad. You have the option of spraying water on the pad to give off moist heat as well. Likewise, the pad is machine washable. Sunbeam touts the pad as increasing blood flow to accelerate tissue healing. I agree that this heating pad reduces my back pain and makes me feel so much better throughout my day. It is so easy to use. Anyone young to old can manage the control. I highly recommend this Sunbeam heating pad.

Just the right size!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the BEST heating pad. It has enough surface area to really work well when I need it. It's easy to use and the cover is nice and soft. Bigger is better when it comes to heating pads! You need this in your first aid/medical supplies.

Doesnt last

Barely had this product for 6 months and it has stopped working. I’ve tried resetting the heating pad but, no luck.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Best heating pad

Starts of being the best, then

Have had a unit for a few months, heats up fast and the size is fantastic. After a while the heat does not stay constant. I have to turn off and restart to maintain the desired temp.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I bought Sunbeams heating pad with hopes it would last 5 years or more but it barely made it over 1.5 just like all heating pads the get frequent use
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Works great

This product worked as advertised for a month. Now the pad doesn’t heat up when I attach it to an outlet. After N hour or two the solid green light comes in but the pad doesn’t heat up. Very disappointed asince I have a strained muscle in my hip and it worked fine at first.

If your heating pad is not heating, please try the troubleshooting steps below:
1. Turn the heated pad control to the "Off" position and unplug the power cord from the electrical connection. Let it rest for 2 minutes. 2. Check if there is no physical damage on its cord. 3. Check the product plug connection that directly plugs into the product. Make sure the connection is secure and complete. 4. Do not use it with any extension cords, power strips and power converters or inverters as it may affect the pad's performance. 5. Hold the power button down and re-insert the power cord back into a wall outlet at the same time.
If these measures won't work and the problem still persists, take note that our heating pads have a 5 year limited warranty, if you have any questions about the warranty or want to get warranty service, please contact us directly so we can determine the best resolution. Have a great day!
