Does Not Last

I bought this and absolutely loved it. However it did not last. For no apparent reason it just quit working. I got the F error code. Nothing I did to reset it worked. I reached out to Sunbeam and they sent a replacement. The second one worked great at first. Now the F error code again. Unacceptable.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Heats quickly

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am absolutely in love with my Sunbeam XpressHeat Heating Pad. I have never had a heating pad that heats up so quickly. The cover is so velvety soft. And get this, it has 6 heat settings on the digital controller. I don't have to use a towel with this heating pad, the velvety soft cover works perfectly. I so recommend every family have one in their home.

Best heating pad

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the size of the pad, the dark blue color, and the soft plush fabric. The pad is also washable. It's awesome compared to the plastic heating pads that were uncomfortable and got too hot.. This one is soft and heats fine. I would recommend trying this one because of the look, the feel and length it is very comfortable. I like the Auto Off feature. It was a life saver for me when I sprained my ankle. I could wrap this heating pad around it to get good blood flow to the area and just relax. It works wonders for any type of pain.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Great brand product features

This is an excellent heating pad in regard to size of pad and the length of the cord (9ft), nothing worse than a short cord.
The quality, features and my overall experience always leads me to Sunbeam.
I've always found the best experiences comes to purchasing from name brand producers.

Horrible Product

I used this for about 6 months and it has never worked like it suppose to after that. Two minutes after turning it on it stops. The on/off button will start blinking with no heat.

Control Blinking, No Heat or No power may be an indicator that the product is not receiving enough power from the source.

To fix this problem, please follow these troubleshooting steps in order:
1. Unplug the heating pad from the wall outlet for at least 30 seconds
2. Verify there is no physical damage to the cord, controller, or heating pad
3. Verify the connection between the heating pad and the controller is tight
4. Verify that the power cord is plugged directly into a wall outlet. Be sure that this heated product is used only on an AC supply circuit of the proper voltage. Do not use with an extension cord. Do not use with generators, power converters or inverters.
5. Try a different appliance (such as a small lamp) in the outlet to ensure the outlet is functional.
6. Try plugging the heating pad into a different outlet to see if it works in a different outlet.

Poor electrical connection!!???

I’ve had problems since my first use! The connection at the pad itself is loose and even duct tape to help secure it doesn’t get! I bought 6-9 months ago and will never buy Sunbeam brand again. I paid premium price for a defective product. And when E for error comes onto the settings YOU MUST GET UP AND UNPLUG IT TO RESET IT!!??!! When you’re in pain that’s the last thing you want to do! Frustrated and still hurting.

voltage sags?

I read here that flashing F may be due to using an extension cord. How often is a wall plug within 6 feet of your injured leg or back?

Receive code "F" in display

After a few months I get a code "F" in the window and I cannot reset it. It seems like that is it and these are too expensive for this kind of quality
