Being in the medical field I depend on your heating products for comfort and relaxation. I have frequent pain and strains and knowing I get to go home to this magical heating product makes all my worries vanish!!!

I have had this heating pad for over a year and in my opinion it is the best on the market. It is the only pad that I can find that can be switched to stay on!!! Not to turn off in 2 hours. I have lower back problems and I use this pad to ease my pain so Sunbeam, don’t stop making them. THANKS

I have had this product over a year and concluded that it's the top of the line. It heats up fast,timer is easy to set and the cord is long. This is an awesome product!!!

This is the second one of these heating pads I have purchased. One for upstairs bed and one for downstairs chair. I love the fact that there is no over cover! That the pad is all self contained in a soft velvet like cover. No worries that plastic will be against skin or that cover does not quite fit like other pads I have bought. This is by far the best one on the market.

I own 3 Sunbeam heating pads. I love each and every one of them! I had this king size one and after 5 years it was used to death! So I just purchased another one. I like that it is long so it wraps around by back and waist. It heats up very quickly and stays hot! I like to put it on the 2 hour auto shut off setting so if I forget to turn it off it goes off automatically. I have tried other heating pads before, but they don't compare to the quality of the Sunbeam heating pads!
I would recommend this to a friend!

I loved this heating pad, so much so I bought another one a few months after the first purchase. It's great for my endometriosis. However, the first one starting flashing an F back in September, and never worked again. And today, the same thing happened to the second one. Now both do not work, and just keep flashing an F. I've tried everything the others have suggested, and what the support directions say, and nothing has worked. These are not cheap. It's sad this keeps happening to what seems like a lot of people who buy these. This product could be perfect, especially for women with endometriosis, if it would last longer than a few months! I can't afford to keep rebuying over and over.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

"F" for FAILURE to perform. Gave 2 stars only because it provides an option to not use the auto shut off. Fiddling with the cord to get it to work is hugely inconvenient. Replaced one after 7 months and won't replace another.
