So soft

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This heating pad is very soft to lay on very comfortable. It very large king size. It has an automatic shut off which is very nice. After 2 hours it shuts off. It has 6 heat settings which is unbelievable I love it. I usually use all of them depending on which one I need. It has a long cord which is perfect for me while im in bed.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I had it on my left shoulder for about 5 minutes and it felt great. I highly recommend this product and I give it two thumbs up.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The heating pad from Sunbeam is really good. Once you plug it in and turn it on, all it takes is about 30 seconds to heat up. The pad is wrapped with a very soft and durable material that is stitched together well. The power cord is 10 feet long so you don't have to be right next to the power plug. The controls are easy to use with 6 different heat settings, an automatic shut off after 2 hours and an option to disable automatic shut off. I definitely recommend this product to anyone wanting to relieve stiff muscles in their back.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Sunbeam is a well know quality brand that has been around for years. This heating pad is 12" x 24", which is a great size for large areas (like your back) but slim enough to drape over your shoulder or leg. The Express Heat literally takes seconds to get warm. There are 6 heat settings and a large easy to read controller. The cover is a nice navy blue. The instructions are very clear to read and easy to understand. The instructions also have pictures on them. The heating pad folds nicely for storage.
I would recommend this to a friend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this to try out instead of the microwave one I have.This pad heated up quickly and stayed at the temp I put it on. The digital display and hour timer are great features.Being able to adjust temp is great and works very well.

The size is so much more functionall. It is large enough to go down ones back or to wrap around a sore knee! The features that come with this pad are great. First, it heats up quickly.Then, it has a control to turn on the power, raise the heat up or down, and best of all, an automatic turn off button. This is a good safety feature to have.

Nice looking, but....

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was impressed when I took the heating pad out of the box. I've always wanted a bigger heating pad than the norm. The cover, which is removable, feels of good quality andI loved the fact that it had digital controls too.
With all that said, I had to move the the control up to 6, the highest setting, to feel any warmth coming out. I have an old drug store purchased heating pad that works way better than this though. A #1 setting on my old drug store model is way warmer than the highest (6) setting on this Sunbeam.
Great design but sub par performance. I cannot recommend this heating pad to anybody, unfortunately .

It's definitely not the experience that we want you to have. There are several causes to these issues: 1. Product is plugged into an extension cord/surge protector and not plugged into a direct wall outlet. 2. Product wasn't plugged in properly.
We suggest to do the following to reset your heating pad: 1. Unplug the power cord from the electrical connection. 2. Unplug the cord from the actual product itself (if your product has a detachable cord) 3. Re-plug the cord into the product. Make sure the connection is secure and complete.(if your product has a detachable cord) 4. Re-insert power cord back into a wall outlet. If same problem happens, we believe that this concern is covered by the wonderful warranty that your product may have. In order to process a replacement, we may need to gather more information. We'd like to kindly request that you contact us directly in order to help you get to the best resolution. We hope this helps!

It heats up quickly and the functioning buttons, and instructions are easily to read. The color is pretty and the pad is easily to store away.
