Was working great at first until it started blinking "F" I've only had it for a few months and its already stopped working.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Was great till it stoppedLike I said the F come on I tried a different plug-in I tried a different pad because I bought two of them and so I use the other pad and the F seal comes out so it’s got to be in the controls

Perfect size

My sister bought me 2 of these in the past 6 months. Both are flashing "F" and after reading the reviews I can see this is the end of life cycle. I would not recommend this product to a friend without disclosing that I believe they are designed to be replaced often. She bought me a different one after the second one failed but it is not as therapeutic so I am going to look for another one of these I guess. I thought I did something to the first one when it failed but the second one just decided to give me the "F" when I turned it on this morning. I am very disappointed but have not found a suitable replacement brand.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Our response: We sincerely apologize if you're having difficulties with your Sunbeam® Heating Pad with XpressHeat. There are several causes to a flashing F:

1. Product is plugged into an extension cord/surge protector and not plugged into a direct wall outlet.
2. Product wasn't plugged in properly.

To FIX this problem, do the following to reset your product:

1. Unplug the power cord from the electrical connection.
2. Unplug the cord from the actual product itself (if your product has a detachable cord)
3. Re-plug the cord into the product. Make sure the connection is secure and complete.(if your product has a detachable cord)
4. Re-insert power cord back into a wall outlet.

Worked great until it didn’t!

Had the heating pad about 2 years and use it frequently for pain. Suddenly it only flashes F and does not heat. Loved the multiple heat settings and it got really hot which was great for more intense pain. Wish it still worked!

Good heating pad

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like that it has different levels of heat. The buttons are easy to push. I like that it has a option of auto turn off or stay on. I like that it shows you the level of heat. It is a nice blue color.

Sunbeam heating pad

So I walked in the door and pulled out my Sunbeam Heating Pad with Xpress heat, the King size one. Plugged it in and turned it on. Within a very short time my back eased up. I am so grateful for this product. I love that it has six heating settings with optional 2 hour Auto - Off. It's so flexible and contours to my back with plush Fabric. Thank you for such a great product Sunbeam

Great heating pad

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Sunbeam XpressHeat Heating Pad XL heats up faster than any heating pad I've ever used. The controller is very nice with 6 different settings to choose from. The cover that comes on it is very soft. The size of the pad itself is big and allows for a nice amount of coverage. I use this on my back. I am very pleased with this product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very easy to use and very durable made. It warms up very well and is useful for various things, including before or after exercise, to avoid injuries to the muscles. Also to warm your feet or body if it gets cold. I loved it!
