wiring bad

I have bought 5 of these, and on two, the wiring went bad in less than 1 year. I plan to send the latest failure back for the warranty. To do this Iwill buy a new one, and use that box for the return. It is still the best pad I have found,because the material does not get crumpled or bunched up. It stays nice and flat. I alsolike the always onfeature.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Disappointed with this product

I bought this heating pad to replace the one I had. I purchased it in the wintertime to help my shoulders, this was in January of 2018. It is no longer working and I have to use the old one again.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
