Perfect heating pad!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Have been using this pad for several months now and really love it. It heats up almost instantly. It's big enough to cover both my knees at once or most all of my back. If the pad disconnects from the cord you get the F message on the control. This is easily fixed by unplugging from the wall outlet, reconnecting the pad to the cord, then plug the cord into the outlet again. Another benefit is the 2 hour timer that you can use for safety if you may fall asleep with the pad on. I have experienced excellent customer service when I had an old pad that failed.

This is my second one. I’ve had the original one several years & it still works fine. I started taking this whenever I go on a trip. It’s perfect. I’ve tried others & nothing compares to this one!

This is the best heating pad. Cover doesn’t slip off and has multiple settings.

Good size, great features

I am dealing with an arthritic hip and often turn to this heating pad for relief. It provides an even, consistent heat and there are 6 choices of heat level. My favorite feature of this heating pad is the ability to have it stay on, rather than auto-shutoff. Highly recommend it.

The Best Heating Pad on the Market!

Have been using mine daily for years. I’m writing this to explain why everyone else doesn’t know how to use it when it flashes F. This simply means the cord has come out of the pad. To fix, simply unplug from outlet, tighten up the cord going to the heating pad and plug back into outlet. Shazam. Fixed in seconds. There is no other heating pad better than Sunbeam especially this extra large size. Again, have been using daily for years. Still using. Thank you Sunbeam!

I love these heating pads and have used them for a long time. However this last one I recieved had an odd smell to it. I have returned it for a refund or replacement.

I loved this pad. It was wonderful for all my hurts. Being handicapped I spent more money for quality. Unfortunately the F has come on and nothing fixes it :(
