N O T E: Those who have experienced the Error notice - follow these exact instructions and this solves your problem. Unplug AT wall plug in - NOT plug in on pad. This takes care of the problem, strange as it sounds.
I would recommend this to a friend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am currently on my second of this heating pad in four years. It is soft and large enough to cover my entire back. Very comforting. Digital dial gives choice of auto shut off or stay on.
I would recommend this to a friend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve been using the sunbeam Heating pads for years now. I especially like the xl size for when I need to apply heat to my hip and lower back areas. They are easy to launder also. I will buy again!

Large size but not reliable

Keep getting the "F" on the dial. Have tried unplugging but still can't get it to work

Thank you for bringing this to our attention. We have high expectations for our products here at Sunbeam.
There are several causes to this problem:
1. Bedding product is plugged into an extension cord and not plugged into a direct wall outlet. 2. Bedding product wasn't plugged in properly.
To FIX this problem, do the following to reset your bedding product:
1. Turn the blanket control to the "Off" position and unplug the power cord from the electrical connection. 2. Check bedding product plug connection that directly plugs into the bedding product. Make sure the connection is secure and complete. 3. Re-insert power cord back into a wall outlet
If the 3 steps above are not followed in order, the bedding product will not properly reset.
If these will not resolve the issue, please reply to this email so we can further the problem.
