It is very difficult to find a heating pad that will continue to function after some months of use. This Xpress King pad offers 6 heat settings, heats up quickly and is the right size to cover lower back areas etc. Time will tell if this is the one pad that will stand the test of time! I sure hope so, because I really like it!!
I bought this last month and I’m very pleased with it. This is my second king size heating pad to soothe my body. I suffer from fibromyalgia and this really warms my body and covers really well.

This heating pad was to add to my arsenal. I have two already but they're getting old. I always fear not being able to find a product when I need it. This one does exactly what I need, many heat levels and if I prefer it can be set to remain 'on'.

My older one died from overuse. Serious overuse. These are TOUGH heating pads. They last a long time because aches AND pains AND old age last just as long!
I would recommend this to a friend!

I purchased this because I thought it was going to be exactly like my last one. It isn't. It sounds plastcy and crinkly. It doesn't heat as well either. I'm definitely disappointed.

I first bought one of these for myself and fell in love with how quickly it heats up and the softness of the cover...it’s the perfect length! Since my first I’ve bought several as gifts! I wish I could find them in stores - because I’d prefer not to pay for or wait for shipping.

Had this heating pad about a year and now have an error F on the display. This is not a quality product, as it should last at least 3 to 5 years trouble free!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

If the heating product is not heating, try the following steps: - Unplug the heating product from the wall outlet for at least 30 seconds - Verify there is no physical damage to the cord, controller, or heating product - Verify the connection between the heating product and the controller is tight - Verify that the power cord is plugged directly into a wall outlet, not a surge protector or extension cord - Try a different appliance (such as a small lamp) in the outlet to ensure the outlet is functional - Try plugging the heating product into a different outlet to see if it works in a different outlet

The F was flashing on mine but after I read more about the product, I realized you should NOT plug them into a surge protector!!! I plugged it in a regular outlet and it is working great!!!!
