I bought 2 heating pads six weeks ago. One for my desk and the other for my recliner. The one at my desk is already not working. (Flashing F) but the other works fine.
I have arachnoiditis which can put my back in massive spasms. I needed a large full coverage heating pad and this one works great!
I would recommend this to a friend!

The heating pads for the neck & extra long pads never last more than 12 the 18 months why? Other wise I love them, but now I don't know if I should try another brand please help!

Thanks for reaching out to Sunbeam! We are sorry to hear that your heating pad stopped working. We would like to rectify this issue the best we can for you.
We suggest you to try the troubleshooting steps below:
1. Follow the instructions on the flag tag attached to the control cord to reset control. 2. Check the blanket/mattress pad for visual damage. 3. If no visual damage is found, unplug the system from wall outlet. 4. Check that the control is well-connected to the module. 5. Plug the power cord into the wall outlet. 6. Set the control to “On”. 7. If the system does not operate after 2 or 3 times trying to reset, disconnect the power cord.
We hope this helps. Have a good day!

Great heating pad, king size

We have been using the king size pad for a couple of years, and my wife leaves it on overnight. We have not had any problem with the wires. Granted, she lays on it overnight, and uses it on the lowest setting, which is plenty of heat if you lay on it with bare skin. We love the controls, and the softness of the pad. Remember to plug it into the pad first, before the outlet or you will get the flashing F. So if it pulls out of the pad, you must unplug from the wall, then attach it to the pad, then the outlet again.

Great heating pad but I am very disappointed that it only lasted 10 month. Shows error code F. I have tried all recommendations to reset it, but nothing works!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We are sorry to hear that your Sunbeam® King Size XpressHeat™ Heating Pad starts flashing F and the troubleshooting did not work. We suggest you to make sure that the cord is tightly connected to the pad and set it on the highest setting. Have a great day!
