2 month old heating pad now all it does is flash F. My old Sunbeam heating pad lasted for 15 years flawlessly.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We are sorry to hear that your Sunbeam® King Size XpressHeat™ Heating Pad starts flashing F. We recommend you to reset it by unplugging and plugging it back in. Kindly check the cord if it's tightly connected to the pad and make sure to plug it into a wall outlet then set it on the highest setting. We hope this helps!
Great product and very durable! I use it outdoors for my pets and it has even withstood some wet weather. Love the stay-on feature!

Terrible!

I bought one of these about a month ago. Could not feel any heat other than a mild warm, even after turning it up to "6" and waiting. Returned it for a new one as I figured I got a lemon, but the same thing happened. I gave it one more try as I really need a heating pad that gets"hot". But this 3rd one also does not get past the mild warm stage even when turned up and left on. Totally dissatisfied with this product. How is it that some customers do get heat from this but I didn't from three separate units????
The heating is is really nice and I love the magnets that keep it together. great idea. The other thing I love is the extra long cord. One improvement I would make is to extend the length so it heats my lower back also. This is a great product.

I have one replaced before five years and this one the control is going its 5 or 6 year old
