Its Just A Pad

I bought this Heating Pad two weeks ago, I used setting 4 and at that setting the heat was not high enough for me I had to hold my hand over my knee to even feel the heat of the pad. The second time I used the heating pad I used setting 6 and it was no different from setting 4 and after 10 minutes at this setting I felt no heat at all. Im so disappointed that this Heating Pad which was more expensive than the other brands I looked at did not meet my expectations. My old heating pad stopped working and at its lowest setting it produced more heat than this pad did at setting 6.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This is my first time using it. Its maximum level is warm! It is not relieving my pain and I am searching for another product.

I Love this heating pad. I have bought Two and they have been wonderful for me since I have needed heat therapy for a back surgery in 2008. Would not want to be without this

Wouldn't know what to do without it. Never had a problem in 3 years and Sunbeam is a reputable company that stands behind their products. One oo the few that stay-on!!

This is the only heating pad I will use. And believe me l have tried them all! This pad has a little my life with extended use. It keeps its shape. It stays on like it says. And it does the job every time.

I bought this last year this time except it was the horseshoe shaped one for around the neck....but I used it for back as well.....Mine just died lastnite ! loved that it was soft and heated up quick , but doesnt last .........need another ASAP just dont want to risk spending the money especially at Christmas !
