I am extremely happy with my purchase. I had a very ancient heating pad for which I had decided to make a new cover. After struggling with that idea for awhile, I changed my mind and I'm glad I did. This was well worth the purchase. It heats up quickly, the cover is soft and feels nice, and can be washed. Glad I made this purchase.

I have had this heating pad for a month now and I really like the size and the fact that it can be set to not shut off. I hurt my back and heat is very comforting and helps ease the pain so I have it with me in every room of the house. My cat likes it too!

I've been using this brand and model heating pad for 4 years now ...they heat up fast and seem to get hotter than any other one on the market..I've tried them all..I have had several surgeries on my lower back,the heat is about the only relief I can get...don't waste your money on any other brand..sunbeam is the very best!!

I've read reviews with comments r/t "F" present on control. It only requires to unplug and plug in again. It also occurs if the pad becomes detached from cord-when reattached the "F" will appear. Turn off, remove plug and plug back in and turn on. Having a pad that warms continuously has been very helpful for my pain management.
