Love the flexibility,

I've always loved the size, flexibility, and the ease of using the moist heat. Unfortunately, the controller overheated & melted, before our GFCI tripped. This was very scarey, as I use this at night to relieve pain so I can sleep
(sure glad I had it plugged in to a GFCI outlet). Since I do like the features of this pad, I'll probably buy another one.

I bought this a little over a month ago & I noticed it was coming apart at one of the top seams. I'm a little disappointed in that regard.

Best Heating Pad!

Not only is it soft and gets very hot quickly - it's the only heating pad on the market that I have found that has the option of it staying on for more than two hours.
I have had two of these. The last one shorted out and I called customer service. Not only did they replace it under the 5 year warranty - they got it to me quickly! Great CS and refreshing to find a company that backs it's warranty.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Bought this heating pad a little over a year ago and all of a sudden it started flashing F and only works intermittently. I purchased another Sunbeam cheaper one years ago and it lasted forever. It has a 5 year warranty but only lasted a year?? I have never washed it. It is used daily but still it should last much longer than just a year. Hopefully Sunbeam will replace it.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I'm sorry for any trouble you've had, and I'll be happy to help you! If F2 is displayed, please reset the heating pad by following the steps below:
1. Unplug the heating pad from the wall.
2. Check the connection that directly plugs into the heating pad to make sure it is secure and complete. Unplug it and plug it back in if necessary.
3. Plug the cord back into the wall outlet and turn the heating pad on.
If resetting the heating pad doesn't fix this issue, we will be happy to assist you further. You can reach us at 1-800-435-1250, Monday-Friday, 9am-6pm Eastern.

I am a senior who needs one pad for the chair and one for the bed.
So far I am very happy with them.
Both heat very quick initially, within 10-15 seconds and stay warm.
Once you are familiar with the control, you can do the control at dark, on/off, heat up/down( level 1 to 6, normally 2 or 3 level), 2hr timer. The timer is very helpful, because frequently I forget to turn off.
Size is good, a bit long for me because I am a smaller person.
