I have bought 4 or 5 - I've lost count b/c I have given several away to friends and family with back and frontal aches. It is the BEST heating pad I have ever bought or had and at 62 yrs old - I have had my share of heating pads!! I love the softness and flexibility and the width of this pad. No other pad ever has done what this one does in meeting my physical / medical needs!! Thank you Sunbeam!! :-))
