Great Product

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received the Sunbeam XpressHeat Heating Pad in King Size. It’s a nice size but when it states king size, I just expected it to be a little bigger. The heating pad works great, it heated up quickly, it has 6 heat settings, and let me tell you when you put it on the 6th setting be prepared to sweat it gets hot and feels great when you have chronic pain. The heating pad also has a digital LED controller, and you can set it to auto-shutoff in case you forget or fall asleep. The fabric on it is micro plush so it’s really soft and the cover is machine washable which is a plus, it also has an extra-long cord (9 ft). And, as a bonus, it comes with a 5-year warranty.
I highly recommend the Sunbeam XpressHeat Heating Pad.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Nice & Long

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Sunbeam Xpress Heat Heating Pad XL is nice and large. When laying flat, it fits nicely at the base of my neck to below my buttocks (12" wide X 24" long). It works nice if laying on your side, as well. It comes with a lengthy cord, so you can easily lay in bed and have it plugged in, but still have the control at your fingertips. As far as the heating, it does get warm, but I didn't notice that it would become too warm. I have not tried it yet using the misting method for deep penetrating pain relief. The pad is machine washable (cold water) and dryable after unplugging the cord from the pad, which makes it nice if you are using a muscle relaxer rub while laying on the heating blanket. It comes with a 5 year limited warranty.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Won’t reset

Had this less than 2 yrs. does not get heavy use. F started flashing. Did all the unplugs and replugs and still flashes F. Connections are tight and working. No where can you find how to fix this issue. All it says is unplug! Even waited overnight to plug in and see, moved to a different outlet, nothing, still flashes F! Poor quality

Thank you for contacting the Sunbeam® brand. We appreciate your time reaching out and giving us your honest feedback and experience about the Sunbeam® Xpress heating pad with LCD controllers. We are sorry to hear that your heating pad has an “F” error. That is not the experience that we want you to have. We will be more than happy to rectify your issue today.

No worries, we are here to help.

There are several causes to this issue:
1. Product is plugged into an extension cord/surge protector and not plugged into a direct wall outlet.
2. Product wasn't plugged in properly.
3. The AC outlet is not functional.

To fix this problem, do the following to reset your heating pad:
Check if there is no physical damage on its cord, controller or pad.
Turn the heating pad control to the "Off" position and unplug the power cord from the electrical connection. Let it rest for 2 minutes.
Check the product plug connection that directly plugs into the product. Make sure the connection is secure and complete.
Hold the power button down and re-insert the power cord back into a wall outlet at the same time

I'll be curious to see if this review is allowed to be seen on sumbeam's web page. This is the 2nd sunbeam heating pad ive purchased within a month of eachother. First one stopped getting hot after 3 uses. This one has been flashing "f" after the 5th use. I tried all the connections, no extension cord etc, tried holding down power whilst plugging in (a few times). Nothing works. Done with cheap sunbeam products

so bad
on February 12, 2023

doesn’t get nearly hot enough, the highest setting is barely even warm which makes it completely useless for me. the keypad is bad too; the red light is blindingly bright, and the backlight around the buttons doesn’t actually illuminate the buttons. way too expensive for such a weak output

2. Verify there is no physical damage to the cord, controller, or heating pad
