Poor design

Comfort and product use sustainability has engineering flaws. The electrical connection at the pad is bulky and uncomfortable. Worse is the electrical connection from pad and cord, which is designed as a disconnect. Not sure what purpose this disconnect serves other than annoyance. R&D was not on their "A" game on this one, disconnects constantly. The unit then produces a flashing "F" ... as do I. Requires unplugging, replugging and getting settled in again, OVER and OVER. Disappointing for the money, could have done better R& D

Disappointed

I've purchased 3 in the last year and they have all failed within a few months The 4th one my daughter purchased me in January it is failed now here in April I thought it was something that I was doing until I would read the reviews Sunbeam always used to be a good solid product I guess that is no longer the case

Completely stopped working.

I’ve used this heating pad a TOTAL of 3 times and it barely gets warm. I had high hopes seeing that I have many chronic diseases and I was so disappointed...

Doesn't last

This is our second one to fail--the "F" displays and no amount of cord checking, cooling or changing outlets fixes it. We've had it less than a yea. My daughter has circulation issues and uses it for a bit each night as she falls asleep. This doesn't seem like unreasonable wear and tear. Are we eligible for a replacement? This seems defective.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the x-large size (12"x24"). The material is soft and very flexible. I like that the cover is attached and that the pad doesn't slide around in the cover. The cord is long and I love the settings control. There are 6 heat settings and auto shutoff feature! It heats up fast.
I would recommend this to a friend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am so pleased with this heating pad. It is by far the best one I’ve ever owned. First, the size!!! It is King Size and it stays true to that. It covers the length of my entire back! No more having to switch the heating pad after so long! Then, the material! It is a nice soft plush fabric which makes it very comfortable! With the control, you have the option to turn off and on, set it to stay on OR to go off in 2 hours! I also am loving that there are 6 different heat settings. You can make it warmer or cooler! It’s great! And what makes this heating pad stand out above the others is you can machine wash the pad! You just remove the cord and wash it! You make sure it’s completely dry and you are good to go! My back felt so good after heaving this Sunbeam XpressHeat Heating Pad on it for a while! I love this and highly recommend it! It gives you relief from back pain!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This heating pad is not only long but there is 6 levels of heat. I use it on my back mainly, it definitely reliefs my achy muscles.. I like the controller settings...the timer can be set to 2 hours or to stay on..I personally use the 2 hr timer because I usually fall asleep..
