I've had heating pads before but this heating pad is so large and the quality of the workmanship & materials is superior. I can tell it will last for years!

My husband has a broken back with a very large plate in it. I have bought 4 of these so he can have them wherever he is. ( In his favorite chair, the car (with an adapter) in the Motorhome and the other for work.) He says it is the ONLY thing that helps him handle the pain. Thank you so much for making them. I have tried so many other brands, but there is nothing that compares to yours. Thank you.

I love the plum color and the larger size. I have lower back pain and use it daily when sitting and watching TV. It provides wonderful muscle-relaxing warmth. One issue I've been having (and the reason for 4 stars) is the plug connecting the pad to the cord tends to disconnect easily. It seems to be a tight fit so I'm unaware of it being loose -- it just falls off on occasion. To get it going I not only have to reconnect, but then go to the wall and unplug then plug back in again.

Best Heated Pain Relief Blanket on the Market

I injured my knee and I tried so many things. Nothing worked like wrapping my leg with this heated blanket and putting it up at home for hours before I go to sleep every night for weeks. I wish they made one for the knees with the same technology. It heats up very fast, has even heat all over it and not just in some areas like most products out there. It's very soft, very light weight, has 6 heat levels, and a stay on option unlike so many others that have the 30 minute drill. And the King size express is the best. It's big and comfy. I LOVE it. I really wish they made an exact version for the knee because their joint one doesn't work nowhere as good as this blanket does. I love it and it's sturdy too and don't fall apart. And believe me I've tried every pain heating product I could find out there. This is a GREAT product. You won't regret buying it at all.

The Problem Many Users are Complaining About

After two months, does not work. I get F error message every time I try to use it. Can not fix it by plugging and unplugging it.

Stop working

I have purchased 2 heating pads over 2 year period. They both stop working. Flashing F. Unplung from pad and walk. F continue to blink. So disappointing and frustrated. Buying a different brand.
