Breaks in a couple of months; like size and shape

In the past 2 years I have purchased 4 of these heating pads. I kept getting them because I like the size and fit, but I'm frustrated with the recent poor durability. I use 2 heating pads daily (one for neck and shoulders and one for low back). I've purchased Sunbeam heating pads for years, because they used to last for at least year, but it seems like the company is using cheaper electrical components. The last 4 that I bought worked for 6-8 months before they wouldn't turn on anymore. The manual says the indicator light means it won't turn on because of a short in the wiring.

Worked Great...Until it didnt

I see I am having the same issues as a lot of people. All of a sudden it stopped working. All it does is flash a red light. Ive had mine for a few months now

I love this heating pad. I owned one other before it finally gave out after years of use. It is perfect for my kneck and shoulder pain. I would definitely recommend it. The only reason I didnt give it five stars, is it has a bit of a funny odor to it when it heats up.

Very soothing but there is a smell

The heat is wonderfully soothing but there is a chemically smell, sometimes like a burning smell.

I love this shoulder/midback heated wrap..it heats up well.its soft and closes magnetic around your neck sobit wont fall..it has 3 settings..i always put it in high,for more heat, has a long cord and good for achy shoulders and back shoulder blades ,back of neck..all in one.it covers a very large area..i like it and it works great for me for my achy joints..

I use this daily. I have had many sports injuries to my neck and shoulders. Wrapping a stiff heating pad around my neck or shoulders just doesn't work. This takes care of every area. The neck piece even has heat. The weight is just right as is the size and shape. My family members tried it and bought one for themselves. A must have.
