I thought it would bigger. It doesn't get very hot and isn't heavy enough to stay in contact with your skin.

This is a really great product with a large size that allows maximum coverage. However, it had a chemical

NOT LONG ENOUGH

Works, as in it heats up BUT the neck flap needs to extend all around the neck or maybe just 3/4 of the way. Also Sunbeam needs to come up with one what goes down way beyond the waist to heat the lower back/hip areas. I recall seeing one last yr. which is why I came here today to buy it but I no longer see it. Shame.
I like that the heat extends to the front which makes it possible for me to use my space heater less. :o) Be nice if you could extend further down the shoulders. Or better yet just make a long electric cape or jacket. That would be ideal for me :o)

Excellent features

I've had this for a couple of months, and I love it. It provides a wave of heat for two hours and shuts off automatically. I wish it was about six inches longer to also reach my lower back. There is one available that has a massage feature that does look to be longer, but I don't need the massage feature, just the heat on my lower back... Maybe the designers can lengthen this model a bit to cover the whole back. Right now this only reaches from my shoulders to my waist.

Love this wrap. it gets warm or hot,and it has magnets that will hold it in place.my olly this i don't loke is the auto shutoff. wish it had a setting to bypass it, SUNBEAM??

Ankylosing Spondylitis Patient

I have advanced Ankylosing Spondylitis and have 43 years of damage to my spine. This is the best heating pad I have used for relief to pain in my cervical vertebrae and muscles around it. Well worth the purchase price.
