Great heat, TOO SHORT

This is very disappointing because it's only 25 by 25 which means it's about 7 in short of the other one I have which goes all the way down my back. This is about comfort for people who have chronic pain and you're not cutting it anymore I cannot find the extra long one and I'm greatly disappointed. I had one for almost two and a half years and now it won't work anymore I want another one just like it but I have to settle for one that only goes halfway down my back.

I bought one of the original "neck, shoulder, and back" heating pads by Sunbeam, about 10 years ago. I hate that you no longer make that model. I would love to buy it again! it covered the shoulders, around the back of the neck, and down to about mid-back level---it is perfect and I need another one. Please bring it back--with even more improvements!

Settings are inaccurate

I love the idea of this, but the heat settings are basically worthless. I can turn it on low and it will get so hot it starts burning me (even with clothing on) and if I turn it all the way up it’s often only slightly warm. I’ve tried all the recommendations, including unplugging both the outlet and the connector on the unit to reset it, but nothing works. It’s also not really weighted, or at least so slightly that it doesn’t do much good. The magnet for connecting the two flaps is also very weak and basically pointless. This brand has really gone down hill. It used to be such high quality but I guess everything is just cheap these days.

I had this for years! The size is perfect. I love the control & options on the heating levels … it offers perfect coverage for both front and back! It’s very comforting and well worth the price!
