Love this heating pad. I have gone through a lot of different ones this cover the shoulders, neck and upper back. It is soft no plastic and it is washable.

When I ordered 2 of these my husband asked why I had ordered 2, and I replied that we'd have his n hers. When they arrived and we tried them out the first time he agreed that it was a good idea! They are great!!! They cover your back, neck and shoulders well, lots of settings so you can get the perfect temperature and the cover on them is very plush! Great job design team!,

4 heat settings, auto shut off, lengthy cord, heavier weight than a regular heating pad and it stays where you put it. You can actually move and heating pad stays in place. Great to fall asleep with because of the auto shut off.

This is the 1st heating pad that stays where you need it! The heat is evenly distributed and can make a long , bad day much better.

I bought this a year and a half ago,when it stopped heating. The light indicates that it is turned on and all connections are in place.
Before that, it worked great and eased my pain.
