Sunbeam XL Renue Heat Therapy Wrap

Got it in December ! Great ! Some people complain that it is not got enough? I'm on the second setting and it is too hot sometimes! I was actually looking online to see what temperature each setting was. Maybe customer service can help me?

Stopped working after 2 months

Bought this as a gift for my mom. Stopped working after 2 months. Got stuck in high heat but barely put out any heat. Also does not go far enough on shoulders. The last 3 inch edge does not seem to warm up. Does have a magnet that keeps it connected around your neck which is nice. Would recommend to a friend with pain in neck, not necessarily shoulders. I'm hoping most last longer than my mom's did.

Gift doesn't work

This was given to me as a gift several months ago, I finally plugged it in for the first time and the light just flashed on the controller and there's no heat I had it plugged in for over half an hour. I tried to attach a picture and a video to this and neither one of them would be accepted
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

If your heating pad is not working, please try to reset the heating pad and follow the troubleshooting steps below:
1. Turn the heating pad control to the "Off" position and unplug the power cord from the electrical connection. Let it rest for 2 minutes. 2. Check if there is no physical damage on its cord. 3. Check the product plug connection that directly plugs into the product. Make sure the connection is secure and complete. 4. Do not use it with any extension cords, power strips and power converters or inverters as it may affect the pad's performance. 5. Hold the power button down and re-insert the power cord back into a wall outlet at the same time.
If these measures won't work or if the same problem happens, we'd like to kindly request that you contact Sunbeam® directly or fill in the "Contact us" link provided below so that we can provide you with a better solution. Have a nice day!

Fantastic for years of use!

My daughter and I have chronic pains (back, neck & shoulder) and get great relief from this heating pad, as well as one just for our lower backs. THANK you Sunbeam!

Too soon cold

Works well to relieve shoulder pain to get some sleep. With auto shut off, unit cools, pain returns waking me until reset and reheated, Is there a way to disable auto shut off to get a whole night's sleep?

I bought one of these in 2019. It was amazing. It just died and I bought a new one. The new one even though it is the same name is much smaller and does not work as well. The new ones are a waste of money. Regret this purchase.

Please try to perform the troubleshooting technique below. • Unplug unit from wall outlet • Verify no physical damage to the cord, controller or pad • Verify the AC outlet is functional. • Plug the unit back into the AC outlet • Restart the unit by powering On and selecting desired heat setting • Make sure pad is not folded or bunched in any area
