I bought this for my parents at Christmas (who are in their mid 60's) because they have back issues a lot. We tried it out & loved it so I ordered another for our home. It is so relaxing to have the heat around your neck & the magnets that hold it in place are fantastic!!

I bought 2 of the shorter shawl heating pads a few years ago, for my daughter and myself. Hers stopped working. I went online to buy her another for Christmas and saw the longer style now available, so again ordered 2. These are great! The long style covers most of the back and helps to fall asleep during an arthritis or fibromyalgia flare. Thank you Sunbeam!

This is just the heating pad I needed. All of the others I've tried, even the extra long ones, could not reach where I needed the heat...upper back, shoulder blade, and upper arm, when I shift it s bit. I love it!
