I thought it would bigger. It doesn't get very hot and isn't heavy enough to stay in contact with your skin.

I bought this several weeks ago and it has found a permanent home on the chair that I use for relaxing. I turn on to a low heat and enjoy the way it makes my back and neck feel. The shape and size is near perfect and weighted just enough to keep it in place. I would definitely recommend it and have in fact already done so.

I am enjoying the Renue Heat Therapy Wrap very much. But when I am using the item it smells-like something is burning or like electrical wires are getting too hot. I have checked the unit over and over and don't see anything wrong. it just smells!
