Great warmth, and softness

I Had a few of these over the years. I had a severe car accident fracturing my second vertebra in my neck and and had a compound fracture in my lower limb. Using the heating pads help me to sleep pain free and give me relief that I can work during the day. Thank you.I am glad you have a even longer neck and back pad now, and that it is without message. For some the message would be great. But for me the vibration would bother my neck.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Was great when it worked

I bought the Renue XL neck and shoulder wrap 1.5 years ago. It recently quit working and the red light just flashes. So disappointed considering the price. I have cheap heating pads that have lasted many years.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

My heating pad is less than two years old and now the red high light blinks all the time. I've unplugged and replugged and taken the cord off the heating pad and put it back--still keeps blinking..Very frustrating! Won't get a high-priced model again. May go without if I can't find another brand. Used to be reliable products,

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this heating pad as a gift for Christmas 2017. It no longer works. I have tried the unplugging and replugging the cord as was recommended without any success. So disappointed.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Best heating pad ever!

Softest plush cover, weighted borders keep it in place and covering the full back and neck is so comforting! Totally LOVE it! Have already recommended it to other family members. I don't know of any other heating pad on the market that can do this kind of job for this kind of price.
