I have lupus and fibromyalgia. This things gets into the joints and muscles in my neck, back shoulders and radiates down my arms! Thanks sunbeam for this product!!!!

Doesnt get hot enough and cover isnt removable for washing. Like the size and the fact the shouder straps have magnetic closure.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Thank you for sharing your feedback! This wrap does not have a removable cover. However, the entire pad is washable once the cord and control has been disconnected.
