I love it and I use it every single day. However, I do wish that it would stay hot longer. When you first turn it on it gets nice and toasty. Then after a few minutes it's starts to cool down a bit. I would like it to stay hottt longer. Otherwise, it works good and helps me with my pain.

Love this heating pad. I use it on my shoulders every night while I read in bed and it is awesome. It stays in place - my other heating pad was always sliding around and I constantly had to adjust it to keep it in place.

I have chronic upper back and shoulder pain. This proiuct is wonderful. I can put it on and wrap it over my shoulders to get heat to the muscles. My only complaint is the area going over my shoulders doesn't get as warm as the area on my back.
