Too soon cold

Works well to relieve shoulder pain to get some sleep. With auto shut off, unit cools, pain returns waking me until reset and reheated, Is there a way to disable auto shut off to get a whole night's sleep?

My daughter and I have chronic pains (back, neck & shoulder) and get great relief from this heating pad, as well as one just for our lower backs. THANK you Sunbeam!

Gift doesn't work

This was given to me as a gift several months ago, I finally plugged it in for the first time and the light just flashed on the controller and there's no heat I had it plugged in for over half an hour. I tried to attach a picture and a video to this and neither one of them would be accepted
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

If your heating pad is not working, please try to reset the heating pad and follow the troubleshooting steps below:
1. Turn the heating pad control to the "Off" position and unplug the power cord from the electrical connection. Let it rest for 2 minutes.
2. Check if there is no physical damage on its cord.
3. Check the product plug connection that directly plugs into the product. Make sure the connection is secure and complete.
4. Do not use it with any extension cords, power strips and power converters or inverters as it may affect the pad's performance.
5. Hold the power button down and re-insert the power cord back into a wall outlet at the same time.
If these measures won't work or if the same problem happens, we'd like to kindly request that you contact Sunbeam® directly or fill in the "Contact us" link provided below so that we can provide you with a better solution. Have a nice day!

Waste of money.

On the absolute first day it stopped working on me and the remote kept blinking. I plug it in it slightly warms up on the highest setting and the wrap shuts off and control starts blinking. I then go to unplug it and plug it back in and it happens again. I tried three times and without fail the wrap stops functioning. Complete waste of time and money.

Not worth the Money! Needs more weight.

The box it came in shows a women wearing the pad standing up. If I stand or just sitting down, I don't feel the heat very much. It really needs more weight in body area. The rolled edges have weight, and I wish they would have continued with that weight. The instructions on how to wear it are not there. I had no idea there was a magnetic closure. I didn't know whether to wear the neck flap in or out for the best effect. Simple things Sunbeam should have included. I am probably going to return this pad. It is not worth the money I paid for it.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Stopped working after 2 months

Bought this as a gift for my mom. Stopped working after 2 months. Got stuck in high heat but barely put out any heat. Also does not go far enough on shoulders. The last 3 inch edge does not seem to warm up. Does have a magnet that keeps it connected around your neck which is nice. Would recommend to a friend with pain in neck, not necessarily shoulders. I'm hoping most last longer than my mom's did.

NOT LONG ENOUGH

Works, as in it heats up BUT the neck flap needs to extend all around the neck or maybe just 3/4 of the way. Also Sunbeam needs to come up with one what goes down way beyond the waist to heat the lower back/hip areas. I recall seeing one last yr. which is why I came here today to buy it but I no longer see it. Shame.
I like that the heat extends to the front which makes it possible for me to use my space heater less. :o) Be nice if you could extend further down the shoulders. Or better yet just make a long electric cape or jacket. That would be ideal for me :o)

Got it in December ! Great ! Some people complain that it is not got enough? I'm on the second setting and it is too hot sometimes! I was actually looking online to see what temperature each setting was. Maybe customer service can help me?
