Great but doesn't last long

I wanted to give this heating pad a 5 star review, but this is the second one that has shorted out on me within 2 months.
I have fibromyalgia and rely on heating pads to relieve my neck and back pain and this one is the perfect size and has perfect heat settings, but of it shorts out within 2 months of use, it's just not worth it.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Design is nice . Like how it has the flaps and high neck . Downside is the flaps and neck parts don't heat up enough and the weighted end are uncomfortable.

i like that its big and that it has a lot of options of heat settings, but the only thing i dont like aboout it is the beads are uncomfortable on my back. If it had different things or none at all, i would give it a 5 star.
