Great but doesn't last long

I wanted to give this heating pad a 5 star review, but this is the second one that has shorted out on me within 2 months.
I have fibromyalgia and rely on heating pads to relieve my neck and back pain and this one is the perfect size and has perfect heat settings, but of it shorts out within 2 months of use, it's just not worth it.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

My husband purchased this for me since I've been suffering with bursitis because of a fall. I love that it is perfect for using while sitting at my desk at work. It also is easy to travel with. The magnetic closure in the front keeps it from sliding off my shoulders.

I bought my first over the shoulder heat therapy wrap for my brother for Christmas and when it arrived, it looked so comfortable I decided to give it a try and decided it was so relaxing after working all day at the computer, I have been using it every night while reading or watching TV.
