Bought this to replace one I had that died. Loved the first one. This new one smells like body odor/onion smell; like someone used it before.Also, it doesn't stay hot for very long. It stays on, but loses heat.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Bought one for me and one for my mom. We LOVE them! The wrap is SO soft, and it's fabulous for shoulder and neck pain. I put Bio-freeze or Deep Blue on first, then with the heat the pain melts away. It contours so well to the neck and shoulders, and stays in place. Very happy with my purchase.

Love the new heating pad but the smell!

I bought this pad to try to help with spasms, it is perfect for my shoulders and neck as well as lower back. My ONLY complaint is the smell is so bad that I have to put it away after around 30 Minutes. If they could fix the smell I would go eat it a 100%!
