I bought two of these heating pads a month or so ago, one for myself and one for my mom. I do wish I would of chosen the longer one. The only thing I'm not happy with is the hard rice like binding on the bottom, it is hard and uncomfortable on my back.

A great concept but needs some work

I bought this heating pad a week ago to alleviate some neck and back pain from a whiplash type injury. I loved it at first. The features I appreciate: the soft material, magnets to hold the pad in place, machine washable, moist or dry heat options, variable temperature settings, and coverage of neck, shoulders and back. However, after several uses, the heating elements seem sporadic throughout the pad. For example, the neck heats up nicely, but the shoulders don’t even feel warm. This product is a great idea, but needs work on the reliability and consistency of the heat. When that is fine tuned, this heating pad will be amazing!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I was so in need of this product and to finally get it and be so unhappy with it☹️. When making the product they inserted tiny little stones to keep it laying down? How can you lay on that? It is along the whole product?

Bought this to replace one I had that died. Loved the first one. This new one smells like body odor/onion smell; like someone used it before.Also, it doesn't stay hot for very long. It stays on, but loses heat.
