I have lupus and fibromyalgia. This things gets into the joints and muscles in my neck, back shoulders and radiates down my arms! Thanks sunbeam for this product!!!!

I bought this a month or so ago for a sore shoulder/arm. I love the hidden magnet closure and it's a great size. I turn it around instead of having the long part going down my back so it's draped over my shoulder and down my arm. It's the only thing that gave me any relief.
