I have this heat pad about one month.. I cannot find a comfortable way to get the cord and heat control away from my head. very uncomfortable. make sure you keep cord away from the floor. it is long and a trip hazard

- Unplug the heating product from the wall outlet for at least 30 seconds
- Verify there is no physical damage to the cord, controller, or heating product
- Verify the connection between the heating product and the controller is tight
- Verify that the power cord is plugged directly into a wall outlet, not a surge protector or extension cord
- Try a different appliance (such as a small lamp) in the outlet to ensure the outlet is functional
- Try plugging the heating product into a different outlet to see if it works in a different outlet

I like they way this is fitted, over your shoulders with a magnet closure and across your shoulder in the back. It has 4 heat settings, honestly I find the low setting to be warm enough, the pad is designed to shut off after 2hrs of use which is nice since I usually end up falling asleep.
