I bought this for my wife do to the fact her previous heating
pad stopped working. I therefor went on line and discovered
your product. My wife says this is the best heating pad she has ever used as it covers her neck and most of her back and does a much better job then her previous heating pad,

My sister gave me one last year and I loved it, unfortunately it stopped working about 8 months after I got it. I am still considering purchasing another one as I liked it so much.

Doesnt get hot enough and cover isnt removable for washing. Like the size and the fact the shouder straps have magnetic closure.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
