My sister gave me one last year and I loved it, unfortunately it stopped working about 8 months after I got it. I am still considering purchasing another one as I liked it so much.

Doesnt get hot enough and cover isnt removable for washing. Like the size and the fact the shouder straps have magnetic closure.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Thank you for sharing your feedback! This wrap does not have a removable cover. However, the entire pad is washable once the cord and control has been disconnected. I have lupus and fibromyalgia. This things gets into the joints and muscles in my neck, back shoulders and radiates down my arms! Thanks sunbeam for this product!!!!
