Just okay.

Ehh I mean it’s nice to have a spill proof option however I would say there are probably 5 bags out of every pack That have issues and don’t work. It’s pretty frustrating for the price.

I’m really hoping this is somehow user error but one of the bags leaked during my first pump. I lost almost 3oz of liquid gold

They’re huge

It does state in the instructions that these bags are bigger than the pump. But it doesn’t state just how much bigger. They’re huge. You have to origami gold these bags into the pump, and 50% of the time it prevents the seal from sealing and you have to try again. Also, it’s very difficult to get all of the milk out of the bag. You have to pull either side right and if there’s a lot of milk in the bag then you don’t have enough hands to hold the bag upward and pull it tight. I can’t imagine ever actually filling one of these bags up entirely, so I’d like this whole system much better if the bags were even a little bit smaller.

Will be trying a different pump next time

I had the first edition of willow and loved it. However, this time around has been nothing but a headache. These pumps make a loud annoying clicking noise. The flange pops off and leaks when I use a bag and flip to finish despite having hardly used them. The containers are constantly error messaging me. Customer service was barely helpful only offering for me to purchase more. I’ve spent hundreds trouble shooting these things and they still are more of a headache then anything else. I use my spectra unless I’m out and have to resort to these things. I will try elvie maybe next time.

There must be something better

I was using a Motif electric pump before switching to Willow and I was really looking forward to a hands free pump. While it is somewhat convenient, I feel like I’m not getting all the milk out of the bags. I am not interested in buying the reusable bag since reviews are not great. It’s truly a bummer spending that much money and not being 100% satisfied

Convenient, less capacity

The bags are super easy and convenient! The only bummer is that I can’t get them to hold much more than 3.5-3.7 ounces without the flange not clearing and spilling.

Milk bags
on December 30, 2021

Milk bags are truly spill-free however they are somewhat of a hassle to bust back open when it’s time for a feeding so the fact that they are not reusable or resealable is something to consider. If you have an active life style and need to be active while pumping with your Willows, these bags are the way to go to prevent any spillage. The bags are very helpful when I know that whatever I pump is going to be put directly into the freezer. Because you pump straight into the bags, you do not have to transfer any of it from a container to another bag - just straight to storage!
