Too many issues

When these things work they are wonderful, but unfortunately I have issues with them constantly and for many different reasons. Whenever I call to get support they are very nice but just ask to email me solutions and don’t actually help me fix the problem. Also the disposable pump bags are expensive and the reusable ones don’t work very well. I really wish these were reliable because they really could be a great buy!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

When I’m taking the bag out of the pump I still lose milk, even after clearing the flange.

Willow bags- finicky

These bags are just okay. They’re convenient because you don’t have to put anything together. I don’t like how it’s difficult to pour milk out. The bag collapses on itself when pouring milk into the bottle. I have definitely cried over spilled milk because of this. Super finicky. Also the pump gives an error if not placed exactly correct.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Very convenient and easy

I have used the Willow for 2 of my kids and it has been a life saver! At times it has been uncomfortable or had an issue with the software. Overall it has worked great for me and I love the bags! It is much easier for clean up after pumping.

Love the bags!

So far I’ve had great luck with the leak proof bags! I use them at work so I can guarantee I have no leaking when I lean over! However, I’ve heard of people getting “bad batches” of bags where they all have holes. Thanks to a Facebook group for Willow users, I make sure I “crinkle” the bags first to check for holes!

The Willow bags are definitely genius in their own way. They allow for pumping in any position and with free movement. However, they are not very practical, for me at least, as they only fit 4 oz, they are pricey, and the shape is not super convenient to store. If you only need to use them once in a while they are really great on-the-go though!

These bags are so convenient for on the go pumping and you don’t have to worry about spilling. Only problem I’ve had is sometimes getting the bags hooked up inside the flange can be a little awkward
