Issues with leaking

I have used the spill proof milk bags to store extra milk in the freezer and pump what I want to use immediately in the reusable containers. At least 3 different occasions I've gotten bags out and once the milk thaws it leaks out of the seam where the two sides of the bag meet. I've had at least 10oz total of milk wasted because of these faulty bags. They also have a strong chemical smell which is a huge turnoff. I really want to love them because willow has improved my work life but the bags are lacking quality.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Leak

I have never had troubles with my bags leaking until recently. I reached out to customer service and they were wonderful/replaced those bags but I still have a random bag here and there that leak. It’s frustrating to put in so much time and effort and it’s not able to be used.

Over priced and decreasing supply

As an exclusive pumper i feeling like these bags are decreasing my supply and wallet.
Pro: i can pump in my sleep and can move around freely without worry of spillage.
CONS: as someone who pumps over 5 oz the bags stop at 3.4 oz and will not let me fill it up. Then i have to get a new bag just for less than 2 oz because i have to switch i feel like its decreasing my supply. They need to make bigger bags or atleast decrease the price when bought in bulk because i go through 24 bags in less than a week.
for the price of these pumps theres way too much troubleshooting i have to do. I have the containers as well and there is always spills. and the container i bought just a month ago already needs replacement because of the valve.

Would malfunction 1/3 of the time

They seemed to malfunction about a 1/3 of the time. And I was mainly using them in the car... NOT a good time to try and troubleshoot this issue!

They work great but are difficult to get the milk out of sometimes. Like there’s an air pocket that needs to be bypassed.

I love the bags. They are so convenient especially when i am at work.
I can not figure out how to get the reusable to work as good as the bags.

The Willow pumping experience is a new one. The bags must be shaped in such a way to fit around the unit but they are not ideal for freezing and pouring out milk with one hand… which you end up doing a great deal with a newborn!
I would recommend this to a friend!
