[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Upgraded from an S9 to the S21 a couple months ago. This is my 6th Samsung phone. It would be hard to convince me that another company's phones are better. I think my favorite new feature is the in screen fingerprint scanner. So much easier than one on the back like the S9 had.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was on the fence of whether or not to upgrade from my s10 or not. S10 had no issues so it was more of a want than a need but man that trade in offer was too good to pass up.
Once the phone came in I expected minimal upgrades but it was day and night. The over all smoothness in scrolling and switching from app to app was hard to ignore. The camera was a huge upgrade and takes amazing pictures. The list goes on on why this upgrade was a huge succes.
