Never works right

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Always have to restart it to make it connect to wifi or signal once in town, randomly drops calls in places with good service. Definitely disappointed in this phone. Have has all the other s series phones and loved them but not this one.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Video calling that helps with you telemed doctor visits. Scam shield really helps with the spam calls. Free Samsung tv for movies and more. 128 gb (minimum) onboard memory. A very good phone.

The phone has great storage space, great graphics, amazing cameras, and just an overall good quality about. It's very durable. I'm not gonna lie I've dripped a few times but there isn't even one Crack. The phone also fits very well in my hand. It's almost the perfect size. This is a great phone

Major upgrade!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After 4 years of having my mom's Galaxy 8+, it was high time for an upgrade. I was immediately drawn to the S21. I don't normally splurge on expensive items (covid put a lot of frivolity on hold) but I convinced myself it would be a good investment in the long run. I was right. Only having my phone for about 2 months, I gotta say it lives up to the hype.
Best camera I have used on a phone. The clarity is ridiculous!
Sound quality is super clear. My old phone was getting a little rough, so I don't know if it's because this is a newer model or my old one was, well, old, but it so nice not having to turn the volume up all the way anymore.
Very easy to learn/use. I'm not tech savvy, especially with phones. I'm one of those people who actually read the manuals and watch YouTube videos on how to use items. Not this one. Very user friendly.
