Always loved Samsung phones

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Just wish I did more research before picking the S21 5g model. I traded in my Samsung Galaxy S10e for the Galaxy S21 5g not knowing it didn't have the Samsung pay anywhere. I used that a lot with my S10e. Overall I've been a fan of One UI and look forward to 4.0. Only wish I picked the S21 + or Ultra when I traded in my phone.

So much better in features, quality and speed. Battery is great as well, charges very fast and lasts a long time.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased two Galaxy S21 5G phones last month. 1 for myself and the other for my son. We are both happy with the phones. I never expected to give up my Galaxy note but I am now happy that I did. I like the smaller, thinner design and I am thrilled to no longer have the curved glass design that my pervious phone had, resulting in so many cracked screens. Thank you Samsung!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got my S21 5G with an exquisite deal from T-Mobile. I have been a Sam fan for 7 nine years since my first Ss Grand. Samsung never disapointes me and this S21 amazed me in numerous ways to be honest. The design, function, optimization - beyond perfection. I especially enjoy the 120Hz screen which is so smooth and the camera, I have to say it beats all other flagships!! I don't know how to express my excitement for Samsung products, if there is any surveys I will not hesitate to give my S21 100/100 ❤❤❤

Samsung has come a long long way with their software. It's not laggy at all anymore and it's very smooth and enjoyable to use. The performs very very well. Every time I use the camera I'm excited to do so. Though sometimes I feel that it can over process my pictures and make them look more glamorous than it is in real life.
The battery life is really my only complaint. I feel like I need to plug my phone in by 5 or 6 pm otherwise it might die. I am a pretty heavy user but I feel that any phone should be able to make it to 5 hours of SOT easy but that really isn't the case here. But again, that is my only complaint. I really enjoy everything else about the phone.
