Disappointing/frustrating!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Upgraded my s9 to the s21 about 5 months ago and have had nothing but frustration ever since. I have always had a top tier samsung and have loved each of them. Besides a fairly noticeable difference in pic quality with the camera nothing else seems to be upgraded. Infact, most functions seem to be glitchy, laggy or reset their settings all on their own. Really wish I could get a different phone but can't afford it after this one. Samsung generally, is such a solid and reliable product.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

An amazing Samsung phone

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had this for a few months now, and I am really enjoying the experience with this thing. It's very fast, takes great photos, I love the design, and it very much is just an amazing product. The battery isn't the best you can get on a phone, but nowhere near bad. The only bad thing I can say about this phone is just the things that come with a Samsung phone. But, if you love Samsung, this is definitely the phone for you. This is my favorite phone I've ever used, and will use this as my daily phone for years. I definitely recommend this for anyone wanting a premium phone.
