Not as impressed as I expected.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Of course I've LOVED all of my Samsung devices, including my new S21. This was a significant upgrade, but there doesn't seem to be any real new & improved features. I have a terrible time getting the fingerprint to work with any kind of a cover and the facial recognition isn't great. I still don't understand the Bixby feature, but that's on me. I don't like not having a traditional headphone option. The camera is great, but not loads better than the last one. Overall, the 5G would and "newness" would be my reason for buying.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought the S21 a few months ago. When I first bought it I was so excited. I've had every Samsung galaxy phone since the Galaxy S3. It's a great phone but it falls short. The audio isint as loud as my Galaxy S10. I didn't think I was going to have such a issue without a memory card but after a while I did. The phone not having a headset jack is not a big deal since I have the Galaxy Buds but i know not everyone has them. The screen is great ! Very sharp and clear. Battery life is good. I have to give it a charge though out the day to last me all day.
I would recommend this to a friend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this phone a few months ago and its simply been amazing. My one concern with it is that it seems to warm up very quickly compared to phones I've had in the past.

Like extracting text from a screen shot to copy and paste into another application or document. Like they say it's the little things and details that show how important you are.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am originally and apple user and got the s21 as my secondary device. However, after spending about 5 days using the s21, it completely won me over. The camera is awesome, the single take feature particularly is incredible. The screen resolution and device performance is simply outstanding to say the least. The processing speeds and ease to open, manage and utilize apps like excel is simply astonishing. This device absolutely blew my expectations of what Samsung was bringing to the android world. Did not expect to love this device as much as I do. Samsung has won over another fanatic of their awesome devices.
